About

Karyn is a Design Researcher & Strategist
who marries human insights with their commercial counterparts.

Formally trained in industrial design, psychology, and business, Karyn enjoys building solutions at the intersection of "what" and "why". Her projects have a touched everything from transportation to snacks while working at REI, the Mayo Clinic, and Continuum Innovation, and Johnson&Johnson, but she'll always have a soft spot for healthcare. Currently, she's crafting the future of health and wellness at UnitedHealth Group.
